The Department actively develops international scientific and academic cooperation and maintains professional ties with leading educational, research, and clinical institutions in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Iran, India, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
The Department has established long-standing scientific cooperation with A.I. Yevdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University, the Central Research Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery (Moscow), as well as medical universities and institutions in Kazan, Omsk, Saratov, Tashkent, Dushanbe, and Bishkek.
International cooperation includes joint research activities, academic and professional exchange, participation in international conferences, scientific and practical events and master classes, preparation of joint scientific publications, as well as the development of new research projects with international partners from Iran, India, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Under the supervision of Professors G.T. Yermukhanova and T.K. Supiyev, PhD and master’s research projects are conducted both at Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University and at partner educational and research institutions, including the South Kazakhstan and Kyrgyz medical academies. International cooperation facilitates the integration of contemporary scientific advances into the Department’s educational process and clinical practice.
