On October 16, 2025, the International Student Dental Olympiad
“Translating Knowledge into Practice” was held at the Tashkent State Medical University as part of the
Days of Kazakhstani Medicine in Uzbekistan.
The event brought together students from the dentistry faculties of leading medical universities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The goal of the Olympiad was to develop professional skills of future dentists, promote the exchange of experience, and strengthen cooperation between educational and scientific institutions of the region.
During the Olympiad, participants demonstrated their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in various fields of dentistry, including therapeutic dentistry and pediatric dentistry. They completed theoretical tasks, took part in clinical simulations, and showcased practical competencies.
