Scientific theme of the department: “Development and implementation of innovative technologies and dental materials of domestic production.”

Every year scientific circles are organized at the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry. In the scientific circle students from 1 to 5 courses participate. In total there were 25 participants in the scientific circle, 10 of them submitted for participation in the first round of the scientific circle. The scientific subject was devoted to scientific topics and the vision of science, both from young scientists. On the second round (inter-cafeteria), 3 participants were nominated, who previously won prizes on the 1st round. All professorial teaching staff supervises their best students and motivates to the development of scientific activities in KazNMU. Asfendiyarov. Works of students are relevant, practical skills are involved. The main orientation of the research work is based on the development of science, the disclosure of their potential and the desire to study orthopedic dentistry.
