To provide students with high-quality educational literature, the faculty members of the Department have authored and published a number of textbooks, teaching manuals, and methodological guidelines covering various areas of surgical dentistry, including “Propaedeutics of Surgical Dentistry” (Volumes I and II, published in Russian and the state language), “Inflammatory and Dystrophic Diseases of the Salivary Glands,” and “Local Anesthesia in Surgical Dentistry.” The textbook “Dentistry” and the teaching manual “Dentistry: Tests and Clinical Case-Based Tasks” were published in 2018 by GEOTAR. In collaboration with Professor V.V. Afanasyev and U.R. Mirzakulova, a clinical guide for physicians entitled “Salivary Glands: Diseases and Injuries” was published by GEOTAR in Moscow in 2019 (320 pages). Professor Kh.L. Sagyndyk, Candidate of Medical Sciences, published the teaching manual “Inflammatory Diseases of the Tissues of the Maxillofacial Region and Neck” (“Бет-жақсүйек аймағы және мойынның тіндерінің қабыну аурулары”) in 2023.
